1. Membership Refunds
1.1 Trial Period
For new members, we offer a 3-day trial period from the start date of your membership. If you're not satisfied with our services during this period, you may request a full refund of your membership fee, minus any additional services used.
To qualify for this refund, you must notify us in writing within the 3-day period and provide specific reasons for your dissatisfaction.
1.2 Membership Cancellations
For ongoing memberships:
- Monthly Memberships: No refunds are provided for partial months. If you cancel your monthly membership, the cancellation will be effective at the end of your current billing period.
- Quarterly Memberships: If you cancel a quarterly membership before the end of the term, we may provide a partial refund at our discretion, minus a 20% administrative fee, for the unused complete months.
- Annual Memberships: If you cancel an annual membership before the end of the term, we may provide a partial refund at our discretion, minus a 15% administrative fee, for the unused complete months.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing at least 30 days before the effective cancellation date.
1.3 Special Circumstances
In case of special circumstances such as:
- Relocation more than 50 kilometers from our facility
- Serious medical conditions preventing use of the space
- Permanent closure of our facility
We may offer full or partial refunds at our discretion. Documentation may be required to support your claim.
2. Meeting Room and Event Space Refunds
2.1 Meeting Room Cancellations
Our refund policy for meeting room bookings is as follows:
- Cancellation more than 48 hours before scheduled time: Full refund or credit
- Cancellation 24-48 hours before scheduled time: 50% refund or full credit for future use
- Cancellation less than 24 hours before scheduled time: No refund, but may receive partial credit at our discretion
2.2 Event Space Cancellations
For event space bookings:
- Cancellation more than 14 days before event: Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee
- Cancellation 7-14 days before event: 50% refund
- Cancellation less than 7 days before event: No refund
A deposit may be required for event space bookings, which may be non-refundable regardless of cancellation timing.
2.3 Rescheduling
Rescheduling a meeting room or event space booking at least 48 hours in advance will not incur any penalties. For changes with less notice, our standard cancellation policy applies.
3. Additional Services Refunds
For additional services such as printing, catering, equipment rental, or technical support:
- Services not yet rendered: Full refund if cancelled at least 24 hours in advance
- Services partially rendered: Partial refund based on the unused portion at our discretion
- Services fully rendered: No refund unless the service was deficient
If you are dissatisfied with any additional service, please report your concerns within 24 hours of service delivery for consideration of a refund or credit.
4. Day Passes Refunds
For day passes:
- Unused passes: Full refund if cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled date
- Cancellation less than 24 hours before: No refund, but may be rescheduled once within the next 30 days
- Partially used passes: No refund for early departure
If you're unable to use a day pass due to our facility issues (e.g., unexpected closure), we will provide a full refund or alternative date.
5. Refund Process
5.1 How to Request a Refund
- Submit Request: Send a written refund request to accounting@dmearket.com or through the contact form on our website.
- Provide Details: Include your name, membership number or booking reference, date of purchase, amount paid, reason for refund request, and preferred refund method.
- Documentation: Provide any relevant documentation supporting your request (e.g., medical certificate, relocation proof).
- Review: Our team will review your request and may ask for additional information if needed.
- Decision: We will inform you of our decision within 5 business days of receiving your complete request.
5.2 Refund Methods
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method when possible:
- Credit/debit card payments will be refunded to the same card
- Bank transfers will be refunded to the originating account
- Cash payments will be refunded by bank transfer to your designated account
In some cases, we may offer refunds as service credits for future use rather than monetary refunds.
5.3 Refund Timeframe
Once approved, refunds will be processed within the following timeframes:
- Credit/debit card refunds: 5-10 business days
- Bank transfer refunds: 7-14 business days
- Service credits: Immediately available in your account

6. Exceptions and Disputes
6.1 Service Interruptions
If our services are unavailable due to:
- Extended power or internet outages (more than 4 hours)
- Facility closure due to unforeseen circumstances
- Essential maintenance affecting your ability to work
We may provide partial refunds or service credits proportional to the duration of the interruption.
6.2 Quality Issues
If you experience significant quality issues with our facilities or services that materially affect your ability to work, please document and report these issues immediately. We will investigate and may provide appropriate compensation based on the nature and severity of the issue.
6.3 Dispute Resolution
If you disagree with our refund decision, you may appeal by sending a detailed explanation to management@dmearket.com within 10 business days of our initial decision. Management will review your appeal and provide a final decision within 10 business days.
